Terms of Use

Effective August 3, 2026

MapleTeleTech Robert Anderson 106 Yale Rd Wilmington, DE 19805 USA 302‑594‑3748 mapleteletech@outlook.com

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the mapleteletech.com website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about MapleTeleTech’s project-based business technology consulting and a way to contact the business. It does not offer consumer device repair, password recovery, software downloads, or online technical support for products MapleTeleTech does not own. Website content is not a technical diagnosis, a guaranteed recommendation, or a substitute for instructions from a product manufacturer, software provider, telecommunications provider, or other third party.

3. Service inquiries and agreements

Contacting MapleTeleTech does not create a service agreement. Service availability depends on the project, location, timing, and other circumstances. Do not provide passwords, verification codes, remote-access credentials, or payment-card details during an initial inquiry. Before work begins, the proposed scope, service method, timing, and applicable charges will be communicated for approval.

Any statement of work, estimate, invoice, or other written service agreement accepted by you may contain additional terms. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding paid services, the service agreement controls for those services.

4. Business-only service scope

MapleTeleTech provides scheduled, project-based consulting and coordination for business customers. The website is not a consumer technical-support hotline and does not offer password or account recovery, unsolicited remote access, software-license sales, or support on behalf of Microsoft or another third party.

The website does not include online checkout. Scope, responsibilities, timing, and applicable fees must be agreed before paid work begins.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your request and to confirm that you are authorized to make decisions about any business location, account, device, network, system, software, or data involved. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for following the terms of third-party providers.

MapleTeleTech will not knowingly assist with unauthorized access, unlawful activity, interception of communications, circumvention of security controls, or infringement of another person’s rights.

6. Third-party products and providers

Third-party equipment, software, websites, subscriptions, warranties, telecommunications services, and accounts are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, third-party costs are not included in MapleTeleTech charges.

MapleTeleTech is an independent service provider. References to third-party products or companies are descriptive only and do not indicate affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. No guarantee of a specific result

Technology projects can be affected by existing infrastructure, provider availability, compatibility, third-party decisions, and other conditions outside MapleTeleTech’s control. No particular result, schedule, savings, uptime level, or third-party approval is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Website availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but information may become outdated and access may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MapleTeleTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Terms governing liability for paid services may be stated in the applicable service agreement.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, or use site content in violation of applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

The MapleTeleTech name, website design, text, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal or internal business purposes, but may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions without permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date on this page. Your continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
